Due to COVID-19 Australia Post is experiencing some delays. Please make sure you pick a few days before your event date so we can get it to you in time. If you order last minute and we post to you, you agree to run the risk of it not arriving in time and will be liable.
Pick up is available from Carlingford free of charge. We will contact you prior to your booking to organise a time.
Place your dress in the return pre-paid express satchel included in your order and lodge over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet (highly recommended) or place in a Yellow Express Australia Post Box by 4pm on the day of your return date. If your date is a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, you are required to still place in the Express post box. Alternatively you can drop it off at Carlingford or our Dry Cleaner in Merrylands. Please be sure to let us know what time you are coming so someone is there to collect it.
Please make sure you post back on time as this could affect the next customers hire. All returns are time stamped by Australia Post tracking. If you are late in returning, you will be charged a fee of 10% of the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) for each day that you are late in returning the garment.
